A new softer and more flexible SmartDosing system is now available – conforming better to the user’s leg – for improved comfort and compliance. A shorter system also allows for easier adjustment and increased comfort for users requiring smaller sizes of the Unloader One.

The SmartDosing® system, powered by Boa® technology, provides users with a simple, on-the-fly adjustment of the Dynamic Force Straps (DFS), helping them better manage their OA knee pain.

With this upgrade to the clinically proven Unloader One, along with the latest addition to the Unloader family – the Unloader® FIT – Össur continues to provide optimum OA solutions for non-surgical treatment of people suffering from unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis.

Unloader One® is a comfortable, lightweight, low-profile brace that provides excellent suspension and pain relief. This lightweight brace preserves the clinically-proven Össur® Unloader 3-Points of Leverage design by incorporating Dual Dynamic Force Straps that are easily fine-tuned via the SmartDosing™ dial. Color-coded Quick Fit Buckles simplify application and removal, while flexible shells and breathable liners, coated with Össur Sensil® Silicone, improve comfort and reduce migration, helping to ensure patient compliance.
