Our team specializes in helping providers and patients navigate the equipment process from start to finish. Our Tallahassee office manages patient intake, insurance verification, benefit review, prior authorizations, billing, and documentation. Once the necessary order and patient information are received, we coordinate delivery to the patient’s home, hospital, rehabilitation facility, therapy clinic, or physician’s office.
Every delivery includes patient education to ensure the equipment is fitted properly and the patient understands how to use it safely and effectively. After delivery, our team follows up to help answer questions, support compliance, and improve the overall patient experience.

With more than a decade of experience in the durable medical equipment industry, Blair brings a hands-on understanding of sales, operations, reimbursement, compliance, and patient service.
