Our office in Tallahassee processes all patient in-take including verification of benefits, authorizations, and billing. We need a written order from the physician and patient demographics prior to delivery. Once we get authorization from the insurance company we deliver our products to the patient’s home, hospital, rehabilitation facility, therapy clinic, or the physician’s office. We provide complete patient education and after delivery we follow-up to make sure the patient understands the proper use and function of the products.
Our office staff has years of experience processing medical orders. Our sales staff and delivery personnel are seasoned professionals that are well trained and qualified to fit our products to patients and educate them on the proper use of the equipment. Customer service and satisfaction is one of our primary concerns. Maintaining proper patient documentation and following federal and state healthcare laws and Medicare guidelines is of equal importance.
Capital Medical is solely owned by John H. Wood, the President and CEO. John is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S.
